An exhibition featuring artists, writers and filmmakers from Chicago and Berlin, who are interested in an intensive art exchange. During the course of the exhibition, activists, tour guides and art collectors engage in showing the many faces and active art scene of Berlin to the visiting artists from Chicago.

Guidelines for this show
ARTIST CONTRACT (Gallery Copy),
April 11th- Deadline for artist fees and artist inventory sheets, with signatures, bring to artist salon at the IAA, 1505 W. Morse, Insight Arts, or electric signature and email.
Drop off April 11, 2011 and Pick up dates for artwork are for Chicago Berlin Kaleidoscope, and are posted in the Phantom Gallery website, and BlogSpot. To exhibit, completely fill out the ARTIST INVENTORY and sign below. AT THE END OF A SHOW, WORKS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE PLACED IN A SECURED AT THE HOST GALLERY. PLEASE COME IN OR SEND SOMEONE FOR YOUR WORK!
2) Phantom Gallery Chicago Network Curatorial Committee is responsible for hanging all shows unless special arrangements are made with the artist. s). The Committee reserves the right to return artwork unsuitable for exhibition.
3) Acceptable work is framed properly, wired (no alligator hooks) and ready to hang or display. Works may be exhibited only once in a Phantom Gallery Exhibition. Unframed canvases must be finished on all edges to complement the front image. Include name, address title, medium and price on the back of your piece(s). Any additional information you wish to include must be supplied at the time of drop off.
4) All works must be for sale and all are “cash & carry”. Sales are handled by Phantom Gallery Curatorial Committee. Artists receive 65% of the sale price. The Phantom Gallery will issue you a check within 30-60 days after the sale. If you sell a piece you are welcome to submit a replacement. Email your name, replacement title, medium and price to Chief Curator, at phantomgallerychicago@gmail.com, 773-681-6570. A label will be made and drop-off will be arranged.
5) The artist waives all rights to hold the Phantom Gallery Chicago Network Curatorial Committee responsible for any damage or loss of their work.
